Table 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

- Adult patients with incurable and advanced disease;

- Patients with cognitive alterations;

- Able to consent;

- Dying patients.

- Able to speak Spanish or Portuguese;

- In health conditions that allow them to tolerate an interview of at least 20 min;

- Stay period in the PCU equal or superior to 3 days.
