-Condition of the patient-

After the diagnosis of terminal cancer, the condition has worsened. It has become difficult to eat and breathing is difficult. However, there is no pain, and consciousness and judgment are maintained at the same level as when healthy.

-Medical judgment-

“There is no prospect of recovery, and death will occur gradually or suddenly within approximately 1 year.”
