Introduction

Set the scene for the focus group interview. Information about Interaction.

This focus group interview will be conducted as an interactive conversation between the participants.

We want to learn from your experiences during your conversations.

Your thoughts, experiences, and reflections are important to us, and there are no wrong answers. By sharing your perspectives, you contribute to the co-creation of learning and knowledge about these conversations.

As the facilitator, my role is to ask questions and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute

I will also manage the time and guide the discussion to cover relevant topics that need to be addressed.

Involvement

How did the nurses and physicians experience the interdisciplinary collaboration during the conversations?

How did they perceive the dynamics of the conversation?

What is the significance or importance of this collaboration?

Individual reflection questions. Participants are provided with a sheet of paper to write on. When everyone is done writing we will open for discussion:

- How was the interdisciplinary collaboration expressed during the conversation?

- What do you perceive as the roles of the nurse and the physician respectively during the conversation?

- Discuss the individual roles and contributions of each participant.
